This is our standard long form client intake questionnaire for companies and organizations who are serious about an engagement with our agency. All responses are confidential and go directly to our Director of Accounts Services. Fill out the form as best you can. There are no perfect answers.

Accounts and Access

We need to know what accounts and assets you have available and what we’ll need to create for you. If you have an existing account it’s always best that we continue to use it so we can maintain continuity and benefit from any preexisting data. If you don’t have an existing account (or are unable to gain access to it) then we can create a new account for you.

Google Ads access

Once we receive your Google Ads Customer ID, we will send you an access request

This step is required even if we have previously gained access to your Google Ads account. All of our active clients are placed in a completely different management account for security and reporting purposes.

You will need to provide us with access to your Google Analytics account
