Amazon launching Plan
1st Week:
First week is setting up products, writing optimized content of all products, creating listings and ensuring all is in compliance.
2nd and 3rd Week:
Launching at least 10 products and creating PPC campaigns for each product. Initially 5 campaigns per product for a total 50 campaigns. Managing and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis. Launch period of every product will be 14 days and in this time we will go for a very competitive price as compared to our competitors. We will go very aggressive on bids for first 2 weeks of every product to gain a competitive foothold. For the first 2 weeks our aim is to get positive initial reviews, grab launch sales and to rank on many keywords. Our short term goal of launch period is to start revolving our products in Amazon A9 Algorithm.
3rd and 4thWeek:
Managing the 10 products campaigns on daily basis, doing bids adjustments of campaigns. Increasing price of our products in short steps and moving the revenue into the black profit wise.
Launching the next 10 products in a similar way.
5thWeek :
Managing campaigns of all products. Reducing ACOS. Doing competitor analysis. Downloading search terms reports. Checking our ad positions on different keywords. Try to set your ads on top with low bids and low budgets and sustain sales. Providing daily analysis to optimize, grow and scale.
Ongoing :
Managing campaigns of all products. Reducing ACOS. Doing competitor analysis. Downloading search terms reports. Checking our ad positions on different keywords. Try to set your ads on top with low bids and low budgets and sustain sales. Providing daily analysis to optimize, grow and scale.
